Who favors decriminilization of marijuana?

Many peoples lives are destroyed beacause of the criminal penalties on mariuana. Currently, it is classed as a schedule 1 narcotic along side heroin. That is like classing a rubber spatula into a wepons category along side semi-automatic wepons. It just does not belong there!
Alcohol and perscriptin drugs are more deadly then marijuana! No one has ever been reported to overdose or die from smoking marijuana. (There have been deaths from ben gay!!! But not marijuana)

Lets stop the insanity people.

If marijuana was legalized and taxed, we could elimate our budget defict in a matter of a decade or so.

The budget deficet fact was from a study conducted by harvard professors.

It should be done when the volume of pot is soooo much... the senators and representatives say.... "There is some much here already, what are you going to do...bus it all out."
( Let me explain my joke... this is what Kennedy sites as the rationalle for allowing illegals to stay here. His daddy made the wealth flow for their immigrant irish family with booze during prohibition) That is how we do it in America... allow the problem to become so large, the only way to solve it is to sign it in... I don't know about eliminating the budget deficit. I don't think we've got nearly enough pot heads to do that! But it would de-escalate the gang wars in this country, just as the legalization of alcohol vastly reduced the gang wars that raged during Prohibition. I'd settle for that!

either legalize weed or make alcohol illegal....and for gods sakes quit taking my $ to pay for some dummys healthcare cuz he smoked too many ciggs and now has cancer...if ya light a fire and inhale the smoke, you should be smart enough to know EVENTUALLY YOULL GET SICK...i know i will someday but id rather smoke..smokers {{{whether weed lor ciggs}}} are the most taxed group in america, yet we will not live as long.
