Kids are usually more perceptive about things like pregnancy and can sense if you are way before a pregnancy test. Just like kids are a good judge of character. Because they are so young and pure at heart they are able to sense more. Plus, I had a friend whose daughter would always say "there's a baby in there" and I didn't believe her and would say "No there's no baby in there" and sure enough she was right. So, the only think to do is take a test.
