I ended on a wednesday. i was just wondering should i wait until my next period or start today?, iam confused about the stickers that they came with?. could someone please help me

Most docs recommend starting the firt sunday after your period. That is only so that you have your period during the week (for convenience). It doesn't really matter though.

If your period ended Wednesday, I would have started Sunday.

So, start next Sunday, or start today, but place the stickers on the pack with today (Monday) as the first day on the sticker.

It is usually on for 23 days and off for 7 if you stopped on a wedenesday you should start taking them the following wednesday. If you didn't get your period in that time you should check with the Dr. because you should have.

It is usually the first Sunday after your period has stopped. So if you stopped on Wednesday then you should start taking the pills on the Sunday after.

with most birth control, you start on the sunday of your period. if your period started on a monday you take it on the sunday. if you start on sat. you start on sun.
