No warrants don't! Most states wont go get people for minor things. NH wont go out of New England, and Florida wont even go out of Florida.

If it is major they will extradite you however!

I don't believe warrants ever "go away"! Statute of limitations do for charging someone, but they only run while you are in the state you committed the act. The time stops running when you leave!

It may go away if you pass away! But then they would want you to bring in proof!

they NEVER go away....however most misdemeanor warrants have mileage limitations, so if ur not in the county the warrant's in, you wont get arrested...{{[for instance, if you got a $100 speeding ticket in dallas, you wouldnt get arrested if ya got stopped in houston}}}

Depending on the jurisdiction, to the best of my knowledge a warrant will remain active until recalled.

Depends on what the warrant is for. There are certain felonies for which the warrant will never expire.

For a felony, no. Especially not in this computer age. You can run but you cannot hide.

Depends on the crime. Most crimes carry time limitations on them except the really violent ones, like rape and murder. So again, it depends on the crime.
