the change of life???

Question

I`m 33 every one is telling me I`m too young to be going through the change,but I think they`re wrong! what is the normal age the change begins?

If you have gone through it, How did it start? Hot flashes? what was your experience with it?

only a doctor can tell you for sure, but you might just be early starting. normally women start late 40s, early 50s. I started mid 40s. I had warm ( not hot) flashes and night sweats, plus skipped periods. you should go to your doctor to make sure it's nothing more serious.
