Do you exercise at all?

Usually, I sleep better and have more energy during the day when I exercise.

Try taking a 30 min. walk every day- you will see a difference.

Maybe there's something wrong with your metabolism. Try to take anti-stress vitamins. Too much stress even with enough sleep would really cause effects to the body.

if you are not getting refreshment from you sleep, you could have a common sleep disorder called sleep apnea. Talk to your doctor about a sleep study.

DEPRESSION , IRON DEFICIENCY I WOULD CHECK WITH MY DR. DID YOU KNOW IF YOU SLEEP TO MUCH YOU WILL STAY SLEEPY CRAZY RIGHT BUT ITS TRUE EBSTIEN BARR WILL ACT THE SAME ITS WHEN YOU ARE OVER WORKED ,STRESS, NOT EATING RIGHT CAUSES SYSTEM SHUT DOWN NO ENERGY TO EVEN GET UP GO TO REST ROOM BEEN THERE IT WAS NOT GOOD

you could have a virus, or be lacking in vitamins or iron. But talk to your doctor, if it continues for more than a week. You could be depressed.
