Start writing reviews for your school paper, or doing a weekly review for the school radio program or whatever outlets are available to you. Do your own on video and upload it to YouTube. Just persevere, keep studying, and work towards your dream.

Start small by writing for weekly, community, and college papers. See lots and lots of films and write reviews of each so you have work to submit to people who might pay you.
Since there are typically 3-4 paid film reviewers in most cities, your chances are about the same as a high school football player getting paid in pro football - not much.
