1) people who posts questions that is directed towards another user.
2) stalkers from this site.
3) people who gives rude or offensive answers.
4) those who gives too many report abuses for no reason.

Someone who red flags and thumbs down a particular profile until they manage to get them deleted. Sadly I must agree with every word BillyBoy has written. They have taken some really nice people out of circulation here and they need a life filled with better humor and goodwill towards their fellow man.
