learning words or phrases may not help much coz we always tend to forget things. so my advice is watch english news channels, listen western music and read alot of novels. i wud definately help bcoz when we listen or converse in english we understand the structur of the sentence and also practise words which we forget if we only learn them. besides it will give u confidence of speaking in front of others.
as far hindi is concern even i was weak in that so maybe u can get this ans frm sumbdy else.
all d best.

make it a point to learn 5 new words everyday in each language by writing the words with their meanings and make a sentence with them.revise these words often and at the end of the week try writing an essay where u could apply a lot of the new words.try using the new words while conversing and i'm sure u'll feel much more confident.hope it helped.good luck!

well, u can try writing down those words on a piece of paper, and paste it on ur room's walls. of course, try not to flood yourself.
also, u can use those words in essay-writing or when communicating.
lastly, you can get a notebook, write those in, and carry them wherever u go. read a couple of pages whenever your comfortable to, or whenever your free
best lucks! =]
