I live in Yorkshire and would like to buy some UV resistant glass (only small amount for one picture) - roughly 12x12 inches.

Try hobby shops where you can also buy the picture frame stock to make the frames; you may need to special order for high UV resistance but it is likely they have a source for this.

all glass is UV resistant, it is the visible light that will bleach the photos, keep them away from sunlight.
