If you are using Front Page, the answer is there for you already. Front Page has, as one of the tools, download time for each page created.

for estimation purposes, assume dial up at 35 Kbps and DSL at 768 Kbps.

Take your web page size, in KB, multiply by 8 (8 bits / Byte). This gives you the Kb (killobits) of the web page.

Divide the Kb by the speeds above

Assume a 40 KB web page which is a 320 Kb web page

At dial up of 35 Kbps, load would be 320 /35 = 9.1 sec

At DSL of 768 Kbps, load would be 320/768 = 0.42 sec

This is an approximate value but for your purpose suitable

You can estimate the loading time by dividing the size of the page by that person's approximate download speed. Example: 4MB/350kbps = 11.7 seconds.

Of course, this also depends upon their actual speed rather than their maximum speed, other delays inbetween that user and your web page, etc.
