Those shakes are usually her going pee..... hehehe
Its true if you are comfortable so is her, babies don't need to over dressed like people used to do. Don't worry yourself, if you think she is cold just hold her against you and she'll warm you both up wonderfully.

That's the same thing I was told, but honestly I don't think it's true. Babys need to feel warm, remember that they were inside of us and our body temperature is quite warm. I would swaddle her up a little bit more, if she feels hot, she'll make sure to cry and let you know.

Everything I have been able to find on the internet suggests that inside temperatures should be kept no colder than 25C/77F for babies.
And they suggest that you check the baby's feet--if the feet feel cold and the baby is a red colour, this is a sign of hypothermia, meaning the baby needs to be kept warmer than it is.
This article is about newborns, but it can be applied to most infants in the early stages of life, I think...
http://www.who.int/reproductive-health/publications/MSM_97_2_Thermal_protection_of_the_newborn/MSM_97_2_chapter1.en.html
And here is a good article on hypothermia at all ages, the signs to look for, etc...

I'd swaddler her more... or warmer sleep& play things. We like our house chillier too, I need to be comfortable too. Just keep her warm, babies can loose their body temps pretty easily and get too cool. Basically the opposite of having a fever, their actual temps can go down. Just keep her blanket on her, even a hat if she'll keep it on!!

Hun that is very warm. All newborns can get chills very easy. You should swadle her in a recieving blanket. Most of the time that line is true however not in all cases. But that tempature should be fine for her. Good luck with that little angel.

If her body or head feels cool dress her in warmer clothes. Babies don't have enough muscle control to shiver when the are very young so it is important to check them (just by placing your hand on the baby) Be sure to check to feet also.

She gets the chills because she's doing #1.....I guess she's fine. She looks very cute.....I remeber you from before, Glad to know you did well and that you have your baby already....being a new mommy can be overwhelming - it certainly has been for me- but you get to know you baby so well with time that things get easier. Congratulations on your baby!

best thing to do is swaddle her up, even a comfortable room could be a little cold for a baby.

You might just want to keep her in pants and a long sleeve shirt. If she is getting a draft from an AC that might make her cold. I get cold in the AC sometimes. Feel her little hands and nose and if they are chilly you might want to get it a little warmer in your house.

all children should be dressed in layers to enable to tack on or shed of clothing as necessary for them. Either way which ever is best for everyone. But do keep your baby warm until he/she gets some fat to keep them warm.
