Is this true??? Uummm, are there things I need to do now to begin to prepare myself? Are there books to read? Pamphlets? DVD's to watch? Excercises to do?

I don't believe there is anything such as sexual peaks. As a man my sexual peak was supposed to be in my early 20's, but I found it all depends on who you are with. Years ago I ended up with a woman who was in her early 40's and I was in my late 30's and we were having sex 3-5 times a day. If you find the right person and who sex with is FANTASTIC, it will not matter how old you are.
