you cant make someone fall in love with you. If the person you like just wants to be friends then let it be that. You may want to fall in love with them but you cant force/make someone love you. It may take time.

You can't force someone to love you. Sorry.
You can persuade, though. You can just be your best self around that person, be funny and charming, and be patient.

accomplish these until you fall in love:
1) be intelligent, girls like intelligence
2) be in shape, girls like a boy that can stand up for them and take care of them
3) have lots of money, girls needs things to buy
4a) if they have a great relationship with there parents, you will too
4b) if they hate their parents, you will be understanding
5) make sure they are always right no matter what
6) flatter them a lot even if its a lie
7) make sure you can sing good
8) make sure you know how to dance
LAST and MOST important
Accept the fact that the person that has fallen in love with you is different than the one your stalking.

I don't know. There must be a way.
Maybe stab them in the eye with the jagged edge of a broken whiskey bottle until they promise to love you.
Or you could get them hooked on crack so they need you to give them a rock all the time.

make her feel special, secure & adored, create romantic moments, but dont pressure her or over do it, be a good listner, you never know what might happen, follow ur heart, u've got nothing to lose anyway so why not the risk?
