Why would you need to make such a decision? If you are, then it must mean that your parents have a legitimate reason and are probably trying to protect you and steer you in the right direction.
I would choose my parents 100% of the time.

id also say parent, since they'll 4 give u easier and will trust u more. sometimes friend are a bad influence, but parents should always be able 2 help u make the right choice.
but if the parents werent good role models, and mean and abusive 2 their children, then its usually the friends that know wat to do, and they'll b there 4 u!

at d teenage stage most of people say frnds but eventually we realize that parents r d top most priority of our life.
i think we stayed wid our parents all d time widout meetin our frnds or life would be boring and same wid frnds if stay wid frnds we do miss a our parents a lot ......rite guys???
