I have a serious question I would like to ask you. Is there such law or ordinance for those who keep bothering me? I am talking about the next door neighbor. I found a beer bottle thrown at my back yard yesterday. Then, I they seems to be ALWASY spying on me. If I do something enjoyable or make up a home improvement, they always do something to catch up with me or check my things out, etc. They do it in such a sneaky nasty way, you can not prove it, but my heart knows what they have been up to. That kind of harrassment. I do not feel safe living here, unhappy since day 5 I moved to this place. I moved here to get settled in after giving myself a thought for 5 years giving up my 5 acre w/ a house in Groveland to be closer to Karate. I love the house, and the location, but hate the neighborhood. The new people just moved in directly across from my bad neighbor is nice and quiet, but they belong to "red neck" kind where they have beat up cars, and 4, 5 cars parked in frond yard. The bad

Several thoughts come to mind about your situation, however, I'm curious to know what makes you think your neighbors are "spying" on you.

As for "keeping up" with your home improvements...I'd suggest that's a good thing and to not take it negatively but to take it as the results of your neighbors attempting to immulate your making the neighborhood look better.

The part about throwing litter in your yard...you can either confront the neighbor directly informing them of the problem and consider a polite approach to solving the problem or else file a complaint with the police.

If you have further questions, feel free to email me directly.

Best wishes.

There is not much legal recourse for you to follow.

I have a neighbor that is similar, I put in a new driveway, they put in a new driveway. I mow my yard, the next day, they mow their yard. I plant some new flowers, they plant new flowers. Crazy!

I put dark blinds on all of my windows so that they cannot see in, also I had a chain link fence and I replaced it with a 6 ft wood fence so that I can maintain as much privacy as possible. Out of sight is out of my mind! Try it!

Next time I move, I will definitely check out the neighbors prior to purchasing!

Watch for more beer bottles, and be willing to file a complaint if it continues......

Good Luck.

that's the price you pay when moving into a neighbour hood from a larger property, get use to it or move on, i did the same thing and hate my neighbours now but have to get use to them
