Just re-boot your Mac while holding the mouse button down.

Didn't work? Call Apple tech support.

TIP: Use a Sharpie Marker next time, not a stick-on label.

Not sure what you mean by "stuck", if the CD tray will not open, then see if you have a little hole right below the CD door. You can use a straighten out paper clip and push it into that hole and it will open the CD tray enough so you can pull it out.

just call them, and tell them what the issue is, get technical help from someone.
