My favorite time to go for breath of fresh air is early in the morning like around 4am or so...I would go for a walk, then head back, not only the breakfast taste better you have more energy throughout the day.

Luckily, I live in the Scottish Borders and there is no air pollution here. I just open a window (or go outside if I'm feeling brave) and take a deep breath of fresh, clean counrty air!

To the local park with my dog, she runs around with her doggy friends and I sit on the bench chilling out and breathing in the nice air.

There is a hill just near that looks over miles of countryside.
