I am interested to visit on visit visa and few days ago I saw an Advt stating $1000 from India - US -India on Tour
So this is real or any other charges involved
What are the best travel agencies which cost less
How much it cost me for the total package

Check for any hidden costs. If it's a known Travel Company like Cox And Kings then you needn't worry.

Please check whether they have made any mention in the advertisement "Conditions apply" as it appears unlikely to get a tour package from India to USA for 1000/- US Dollers.
