Hi, One of my friends is havin' a big problem. She is only 25 and a little top heavy. She is 34 DD. Her breasts are already drooping. Her bf has expressed that he 'wishes' that her breasts were not so droopy and a little perky.
Is there anything she can do?
Is it possible to correct the situation?

Hi Devika..
Surgery is not only expensive, it's also very painful. There is a very easy and effective remedy. Exercise! :)

No kidding.. Try this:
Stand in front of a full-length mirror. Wear a comfortable sports-bra. Stand with feet about 6 inches apart. Lift your hands above your head and join your palms and push upwards. You could also simulate holding an imaginary rope above your head and going hand over hand, while flexing your pectorals. Believe me, your breasts will stand firm with the nipples pointing straight ahead. Just 10 minutes each day will work wonders for you.

Ah yes... one more important thing. Walk tall and confident. Good posture is VERY important. With breasts like those, you need to carry yourself more proudly. Forget your boyfriend... time for others to sit up and take notice!!

First make sure she is fitted for the right bra. Most women do not wear the correct bra to support them. There are stores you can go and get fitted. A right bra will help her breasts from sagging more.

Regardless of what her boyfriend wants or thinks, she needs to decide if she is happy with herself. If she wants to change the way her breasts looks then she can go see a plastic surgeon. However, it needs to be her decision. No one should change their bodies for someone else.

Well...that's pretty big, and they are going to droop a bit. She should invest in a really good bra to delay gravity taking it's toll. If I were her, I'd also sleep in a sports bra. She can also lift weights ....making her pecs stronger will help hold them in place and tighter to the body. Then, finally, there is a breast lift cosmetic procedure. I wouldn't do this for any man though....Only if it really bothered me.

Her b/f is really vain. He should love her no matter how droopy her breasts are.

If she has back pain and other health issues she can get a breast reduction with lift, and it could possibly be covered by health insurance.

Other than a really good bra 24/7 she can talk to a plastic surgeon about a breast reduction.

My wife said if she is not wearing a Bra, please tell her
to do so, that helps alot!

This is the wife here, my husband does not want you
to think he's a perv.
I am 38DD and am older.
A support bra has always helped me, even if you just
wear it a few hours a day.
Tell your boyfriend something that bothers you about
him and see how he likes it though.

the only thing that can really be done is reconstructive surgery and she should talk to her doctor and see if her insurance covers it sometimes if your breast are too large and cause back pain your insurance will pay for this

A good sports bra works wonders because of the support it'll give
