I have Corel paint shop pro photo XI, but how can i make layouts on it??

Well i knew i needed paint shop, but like any tips on how to make one?? Like how to set the background and stuff??

were do i make the light brighter?

A background is really just a picture or image. What you need to do is try and set the brightness to quite high. This will make the colours fade but this is not how it will appear as a backgroud on your space. Set the brightness to as near to white as you can. You will be suprised at how white you will need it to be.
You should also use the file export feature to compress the image. Save it as a jpg type file.

you are able to connect pictuers with win xp - ms paint . you dont choose paint save professional to do cool issues . open up a percenttrue hit on that hit on edit then ur percentwill circulate into ms paint ur ms paint will open with that percentin . then at da backside on da genuine ur see a blue dot place ur mouse icon over that & circulate it down then ur see it open up greater unfastened area . then hit on edit > paste from then discover da next p.c. . hit on that then hit on open it is going to circulate into da ms paint window over ur frist percentjust placed ur mouse icon on it then hit on that percentmove it to da ingredient next to ,.da frist percentwhen you have joint them up . purely click ur mouse .then hit on document save as . call da p.c. , then in da save form field set it for *jpg* 24 bit. you you are able to upload that to a yahoo 360 profile or upload it to ur yahoo photograph album
