It depends on how big the pool is.
I wouldn't worry about it. The chemicals that you have in the pool will kill it.
Your only talking about an over spray of the wasp spray, right?
Filtration will clean it out too.
If it is a kiddie pool, dump out the water and clean thoroughly.
Otherwise, if it is an above or in ground pool, you are talking about 100 of gals of water and over spray will not be harmful.

With so much water in a pool whatever spray was put into it should not matter one bit. If the spray is oily enough to see take some paper towels and "blot" it up. the oil will stick to the paper towels.
