When they stamped her passport, they gave her a period of time she could stay. Her visa expiration is irrelevant, that only means you can enter and reenter if you follow the rules, which she didn't. So she is an illegal immigrant. She can try to fly, but if someone checks her passport there is no guarantee that they won't detain her.

Nooo there is no suc thing called a quicky visa... it would take min 2 months longest 2 years. couple hundred dollars.

No, this is impossible. No matter what you do. Trust me. You will pay 2000 rupees as a fee.
