There is no simple soultion I'm afraid.

I don't honestly think you can

You would need to format and delete both partitions in order to create 2 new one's

You can't even change the drive letters as all your application paths and system files are on your C:\ drive and this would mess up the lot of them.

Sorry.

Why? Is your E: partition getting too Full?

If yes, you need to learn how to do Backups, because your hard drive is going to fail. Re-post and I'll tell you when!

Back up all personal data from your PC ("Backup" means: copy to CD / DVD / external hard drive). Then, delete as much as you can from the partition, you'll be surprised how much free space you will have.

TIP: Partition Magic isn't free, but DriveImage XML, for example, is very good, google for it.

Only your computer manufacturer can do this because you need a special key.

You can also download a program for this, e.g. "partition manager". But if the partitions were originally created by your computer manufacturer, it probably won't work. So I'd give him a call :)
