how do i change/get my password for my macintosh laptop?...?

this computer is used and I need the password for the multiple things I do on this computer. PLEEZ help!

I don't KNOW how to get the disk thing. I have absolutely no clue. About anything. I don't have any phone numbers or ANYTHING!!!

You should have received the OS X disks from the Vendor, if not DEMAND them.

Then, insert the disk and turn your PC on and choose to do a clean install, including formatting the hard drive.

Enter your NEW password when prompted. When done, re-boot and have fun!!!
