The person who you love more than anything in the World has betrayed you. Because if the person you love doesn't love you and you don't see it them that's your fault. If your betrayed this would come as a shocked.

I think they're the same thing really - if the person you love can betray you then surely they don't love you? You don't betray the people you love.

i was with an abusive man for 5 years so i have been betrayed more than enough times , he told me just after i broke up with him that he didn't love me anymore... i don't know if he was just saying that to control me so i would go back with him , but even after all the betrayal , it hurt me more when he said he didn't love me

betrayed. there was a Lady who said she loved me and would marry me. when she got what she wanted she left me. hope she has a good life but was and still am extremely hurt since all she wanted was a " sugar daddy/meal ticket. "
