Light is made of particles, so can be considered a "substance", but heat, like all forms of energy, is a property. So, calling light heat is like calling a bullet momentum. "Radiant heat" refers to the process whereby a substance is heated (its heat is increased) via illumination with light (often infrared). In that sense, you could say light "carries" heat to the substance.
Be mind full that most people in this forum consider energy (of which heat is an example) to be some form of substance than things can be "made of". This probably comes from watching too much Star Trek. As I said, it is instead a property *of* a substance.

Heat and light are different (but related) forms of energy. Light consists of photons that can be captured by the electrons orbiting an atom (or molecule). The electrons are kicked up into higher more energetic orbits. As the electrons fall back to rest states in one or more steps, new photons are released as excess energy is given up and some of the photons may have wavelengths in the IR (infrared or below red) portion of the spectrum know as heat radiation. When matter absorbs photons (magnifying glass directing sunlight on a leaf?) the temperature of the matter rises because its atoms and molecules vibrate more strongly until the excess energy is given up (as new photons?). A hot body touching a cooler body can pass on its vibrations heating it.

They are different types of energy.
Light is an Electromagnetic wave.
Heat is thermal energy.
Sometimes due to the temperature of an object it will also give out photons (light) in the visible region of the EM spectrum.

Actually, Light carries Infrared Radiation with it, hence it gives us a warm sensation in the sun light. All types of light carry IR Radiations but Sun light has a large quantity thats why it feels significantly warm.

only light exists. heat is only mechanical energy it is not "something". when you warm up a system its atoms don't absorb heat but they absorb photons (this is just one of the few things an atom can do). light is more general than heat so I'd say light "can" carry heat

Shorter wavelenghts of light, like blue and violet, have more energy than longer wavelengths, like red and orange. How much heating power they have depends on how much of thier energy is absorbed by the object they strike and how much gets reflected. Generally speaking, the longer wavelengths tend to be more absorbed by the objects they strike than do shorter wavelengths. But there are many exceptions to this.
