Do you mean 10mm or even100mm?
Either way, try Halfords. Also, independant car accessory shops also stock them.
Yep, it's relatively simple as long as you take your time when applying them.

It will peel off and your car wont be as fast.
Have them painted on then your guaranteed top be a 7 second car.
Almost all fast stop auto stored have them:

napa
murry's
etc.......
