i like that phrase, apple of your eye :D
to tell you the truth, i am not sure that i really have someone like that in real life. i don't have a girlfriend, and in fact, i don't have too many regular friends because most of them sort of stopped keeping in touch with me after i moved. but there is one person who i met online who just seems to lift my spirits. i always enjoy talking with her...she listens to what i have to say when a lot of my other "friends" will just sort of shrug it off and say "ahh forget about it". but not this person. it's just wonderful to have someone who listens to you once in a while. i'd always do the same for her. i admire her personality, so i would say that this person is definitely the apple of my eye :)

well, my boyfriend. he is soooooo sweet to me. he has the crunchy part on the outside-soooooo hot and the soft chewy part in the inside- have a nice tender red heart. He's my apple of my eye.
