Well:
1. King Booker. Don't laugh. King Booker is a solid ring veteran who knows how to hold a title. He and Cena could have a decent feud for a while.
2. Edge. The title is fine where it is.
3. Umaga. Same as Edge
4. MVP. Same as above
5. Mickie James or Victoria. Candace is getting better, but those two and Melina are the three best diva wrestlers right now.
6. Funaki. After jobbing to Mark Henry all the time, he deserves something for his trouble. Either him or Jimmy Wang Yang
7. C and M...I wouldn't mind them feuding with Londrick
8. Deuce and Domino...Seriously, who else is there on smackdown to hold them?
9. CM Punk. Give the guy the belt already!
