Staying a virgin till age 26! It wasn't exactly willpower but upbringing, etc. From about age 20 I had the sexiest non-sex relationship for about two years with a man who was 30 years older so you could say the greatest show of willpower I ever had was actually HIS! Anyway, that was all a long time ago .....

i have many examples of will power but this week i manged to not smoke for a whole week and have a drink on sat an sun night without reaching for a ciggy. Beer is my downfall when i try an pack in the cigs cos i just have to smoke. But i didnt so i am very proud of myself

Quiting smoking when I found out I was pregnant. Cold turkey. It was horrible but worth it.
