The govt seizes items every day, and eventually sells what it doesn't destroy. But a lot of sites and books and "systems" for buying this way that they sell are fraudulent, in that they don't give you any information you can put to use. They just repeat the obvious, which is what I just did. In order for these things to have any value, you need specifics as to how to take advantage of the things as they come for sale. I have read a book about "big govt giveaways" and they deal in dumb generalities that don't get you any farther than you were before you read them.

I would pass these up. You can get any deal through a MLS operative (Real Estate agent) and, they're bonded and insured.

some are seized from drug dealers or if you owe taxes ect..
