Yes, it's possible... however two weeks is a long time to be bleeding. I would see a doctor to be examined.

Not necessarily but if you have been having unprotected sex then it might be a possibility. You can have erratic periods for many other reason. If you've stopped taking the contraceptive pill, hormonal imbalance or it could be the symptoms of endometriosis. The best thing is to have a chat with your Doctor especially if this heavy blood loss keeps happening as he will be able to help with this. I have had periods similar to the one you described including the clots and there is absolutely no way I could have miscarried, so it can be due to many things but if you are worried talk to your GP, although of course if you have miscarried he can't do anything about that but it will put your mind at rest.

Look for large blood clots like the size of a large coin. Or any grey mater, which would be the tissue of the fetus.

Even if you are not miscarrying you need to see a doctor right away, you can't just go on bleeding without being checked out. This is very serious.

If you did miscarry, I'm very sorry, I know how hard it can be. But you need to see a doctor and make sure you are all clear, you don't want to get an infection...or worst.

Good luck...

yes it sounds very much like u have hun im so sorry.

bleeding that long with clots is a sure sign, was your period late to begin with?

get to the doctor, they will perform a scan to make sure there is nothing in your uterus (and dont expect to see anything) and then they'll make sure that it is all out so you dont have to have a d & c.

best of luck, and remember that if you have then its not ur fault, there was something seriously wrong with the embryo that it got rid of itself.

and it wont stop any future chances of carrying normally full term.

hugs

xx
