Testing ur intelligence... In board exam u need hv to write copy-2-copy in exam. Even if u answer main points in any order (not necessary chronological order), and put the content as u feel it shd be for the respective u will get more marks than simply learn by-heart.
They knows that ppl who apply such practices only succeed in the future as when u approach professional test, ur by-theory will never work.

what form of expertise? An examination could be an incredible way of demonstrating some styles of expertise, however the examination could be carefully designed so as that what you're being asked to do on the examination particularly demands which you exhibit the means being assessed. in lots of situations whilst tests are given, no such theory is placed into how the examination works. actually overall performance and portfolio checks could be far greater precise for demonstrating some forms of skills. If i am going with to appreciate whether you are able to cook dinner, i do no longer truly care what you WRITE on a try. i might ask you to cook dinner to illustrate your means.

board exams wont check what you had learnt or what you know beacause they just have the sheets on which you have done what you understood , no teacher can look inside your mind and check if you know the answer....but board teachers are always fed up of checking thousands of papers....and therefore look for neat and tidy work which can be read easily even if you dont have a good hanwriting you can still pamper your answers by leaving lines after answers and sketching lines...........they dont have a harm on them if they dont give you marks just because of the bad handwriting you cant do anything after that...........to the point and neat answers shud be written........................so basically if a person is intelligent, obviously he/she wont write anything stupid on the sheets.

they test our memory skills that's true, but to have the capability to memorise one must have a certain level of intelligence to understandcuz without understanding the thing, one can't actually memorise well.so it tests both
