It could be a sickness, but if it isn't, you will become physically sick because worrying really takes a toll on your body. Most likely you have depression or an anxiety disorder that you could learn how to handle better by speaking with a mental health professional and maybe by taking a medication to help you out.

I think a lot of people worry too much, I myself do it all the time. As long as it is just worry and not fear or panic to do things then it is just worry, and it is not a media condition but if you find yourself unable to do things because of the worry and it turns into panic and anxiety attacks then you need to look into it.

It is, if it hampers your day to day activities.
I used worry a lot but now i call that wasted worry!
Do try & focus on what is the source of your worry.
Then try to imagine the worst possible scenario.
Equip yourself for it (mentally, emotionally & physically).
After this, you shouldn't worry as much as you are now well prepared!
Take care & all the best!

There is no need to worry so much; as even if things do happen, you can't control them. Life is too short to worry too much.
