i whave set up my paypal account and everything, and i have transferred some money from my bank account to my paypal account , but the money has not gone through yet, its expected to go through 2moro. i went on ebay and i reallly want to buy this item , so should i wait for 2moro until the funds go through or can i still bid/buy it with no funds in my paypal account yet ?

If you want an item on Ebay and could potentially lose it if you don't purchase it now then there is no problem buying it right now and paying later. Ebay and PP are separate entities (owned by Ebay) so you are not required to have your account funded to make a purchase on Ebay. Just click on the buy it now icon on Ebay and go through the process of committing to buy. Do not use the pay with PP buying feature at this point as you are not funded. This will hold the item for you until the funds are in there. After the Ebay commitment to buy you will get an email saying you won the item. Once your account is funded on PP just go to the email and it will have an icon for purchase. Just click on pay with PP and it will take the funds out for the item automatically from PP and you are set. If you are concerned you can also email the seller once you purchase and tell him you will pay tomorrow as you are waiting for your PP account to be funded and he will understand (most give you 3 days to pay).
