Absolutely. It makes me more visible to the people pulling out of the intersection. They don't have wipers on their side windows and can't see as clearly. It doesn't cost any extra and does prevent accidents.

yes definitely coz i know i'll hit something...
i am not good with driving in the rain...most time i just park myself on the side of the road and pray it'll pass quickly...

I have got into the habit of having them on night or day , rain or shine !
It helps to be more visible to other motorists & costs nothing !

In my country,the lights must be on the hole time youre driving,doesnt matter if it dark,raining,sunshine,snowing...

Yes I do when it's cloudy and you can't see very well. My car is a very dark green (almost black) and it's sometimes hard to spot!
