I had sex for the first time last week, and my boyfriend used a condom for protection. However, the next few days i have had belly pains on and off. I dont want to tell my mum as she would be very angry at the fact i had sex, and scared to go to the doctors but i don't no why. Is it likely that i'm just letting it bug my mind?

It's too soon to be a pregnancy related issue, rest assured. It's even unlikely to be an STD.

Do, please, go to the doctor. Unfamiliar belly pains can be a very big deal. It could be your appendix (though I doubt it, after 24 hours of the pain it becomes very likely to burst and then, trust me, you'd be begging for an ER). It could be a UTI, a bacterial vaginal infection (which rarely has anything to do with sex, ever. It's more like strep throat just in your vagina), ovarian cysts (again, not related to sex), or any number of other things.

Don't tell your mom you had sex. Tell her your stomach hurts really bad and you'd like to see the doc. Do tell your doc you've had sex. His or her interest is in treating you. He can only do that if you are honest. He will not tell your parents unless it is somehow medically relevant. He will work with you on this. His (or her) concern is your health, first and foremost, not anything to do with your parents.

But do go see a doc. Anything hurting in your belly can be a very major concern. A life and death concern. I don't want to terrify you but I do want you to get help. It's just not a part of your body you should ignore under any circumstances.

You're fortunate to get them for the period of being pregnant. I have not been pregnant in five years and also have particularly sharp stomach button pains. There are occasions while it hurts so dangerous if whatever touches it. As for what the dr mentioned I'd take his phrase that it is not critical except it is followed through bleeding or different signs. Be comforted through realizing that 14 weeks is quite often viewed beyond the chance zone in relation to miscarriages. Good good fortune for your baby. You will quickly be capable to suppose it relocating round. The most unearthly so much exciting feeling of all.

You definitely need to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on. As for telling your mom about having sex and her getting angry it's because she's concerned about you. But what I would do is let her know that you have been feeling sick the last few days, you think because of something that you ate and need to see the dr. I still wish you would tell your mom though about the other thing only because she cares about your physical well-being and wants to make sure you are ok physically.
