Supposely he's a lawyer from Betterton street in London. Is that true?

There is a lawyer called Andrew Norris. However, the real one does not practice in Betterton Street.
If you got an email from someone claiming to be him then it is a scam. Others have posted the same question here. Delete it and move on.
