at work a massager comes in,
and the list is not full up because lots of people are on holiday, they need to fill it up so the massager can get her money,
they havnt even asked and i am sitting right in front off them.
i think cos im 19 they think i dont need it,
but wouldnt it be nice to ask?

i dont actually want a massage,
its just that i think its rude them not asking, but yet they are phoning people from other buildings to come down for one

It does seem rude, but you did mention that you don't want one and your body language may be giving that impression.
