Two ways of looking at this. Yes she should commit be punished for commiting a crime. But also how judges generally rule in these cases. Most lawyers interviewed said that in LA county a person usually does not go to jail under those circumstances. Certainly if she'd have gotten off lighter then average people would, their would be much criticism that the law was not applied fairly. So if she got a harsher sentance then an average person would in the jurisdiction, isn't the same criticism waranted?

Yes and No just cause she is a star she should be treated just like everyone and it was only her second time ya know and many people where I live have gotten 5 or 6 and never seen jail or prison just probation and fines and stuff like that

If a person breaks the law, they go to prison. That is how the law works.

YES. She broke the law, then she violated the terms of her probation twice. The 2nd violation of probation is what sent her to jail.
