I'll be on the road for 14 1/2 hrs ....and I don't want to just eat junk all the way there. Any suggestions on some healthy snacks to bring and what sort of drinks besides water? Thank you!

14.5 hours wow!! It will be worth it as Orlando rocks!! So much fun...
OK here goes:
Definitely get a cooler to put things in.
Drinks:
Fruit juices, the new berry juices are healthy and great (pomegranate mixes etc).
Some of those preservative free sparkling flavored waters.
Vitamin water
Strawberry mango soy milk smoothie

Food
Trail mix with raw cashews, raisins, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds etc are great.
Yogurt is always good
Celery sticks with peanut butter spread over them
Fruits like apples, bananas or whatever you like
Raw vegetables like carrots
Oatmeal cookies
BAKED Doritoes (they are not fried so a bit better)
Popcorn (no butter)
whole grain cereals (cheerios)
bagels with low fat cream cheese
low fat string cheese
if you are real hungry you can make like a chicken wrap with lettuce and salsa...

Have a great trip!!

It's a 20 hour drive for me, so I definitely have some experience here! You definitely want to bring a cooler with you. Some suggestions:
-Granola bars
-Graham crackers
-Cheese crackers
-Sandwiches (make them ahead of time and put them on top of everything else - otherwise they'll get crushed)
-Pretzels
-Chips (Pringles are good because of their can, they won't get crushed like a bag would)
-Apples
-Yogurt (again, be careful the container is not crushed)
-Lunchables are good for kids
-Muffins
-Fig Newtons
-Goldfish
-Rice cakes
-Raisins
-Juice
-Capri Suns
-Iced Tea (pretty easy to get in cans now)

It's good to make sure the snacks stay healthy, because you end up eating a surprisingly large amount when you have nothing to do and are just sitting in the car for such a long period of time. These snacks should keep you on the right track, but I would suggest stopping for a real meal at least once - it's more filling, choices are better, and you get a chance to stretch your legs.

Bottled water is always great, purchase the single packs of Koolaid, teas to add to bottles. I regards to snacks, when on car trips I alwayss:
boiled eggs
cut up cheese cubes
sliced luncheon meat
carrots
celery, with cream cheese or peanut butter
grapes
beef sticks
bread sticks
cereal bars
a jar of peanut butter and plastic spoons was alway a hit with my kids.
