Aww, that sucks.. lol I ordered pizza at 10:30 and I think we barely got the order in on time. I'm assuming you are west coast of the United States since its 1:30 for me too. The only places I can think of are ones you drive to. Jack in the Box, McDonald's, Taco bell, and Carl's Jr. are the only food places I can think of that are open after 10pm. Sorry..

Edit: LMAO, At least your car just won't start. If you were really like Carl, your car would either be on fire, or smashed by a spaceship or giant spider or something. lol .. ohh gosh. You made me laugh...

Both Taco Bell and McDonald's are open late in my area. In fact, McDonald's is open 24/7.

For a brick and mortar business, locating it near complementary businesses (like a juice bar next to a gym) or businesses that don't compete with yours but generate a lot of customer traffic (like a department store) is always a great idea. Check with the local police department to find out what kind of crime is in the area you are considering. As that information is a matter of public record, they will be helpful. Talk to other business owners in the area and see what there experience has been like. If you aren't opening a competing business, they will most likely share information with you.
