Please Help!!!!!!!!?

ok this might sound confusing but bare with me.... on my laptop recently i turned it on and i started listening to music [the windows volume was all the way ofcourse] so i moved the knob on my computer to control volume from high to low, and i put it all the way to the left [which turns it down] and for some reason i hear a bit of music this very annoying can u please help me to fix this problem

try mute it!

If you double-click on the sound control, you can set the sentisivity or mute different items (like cd volume).
