tough issues, what is the best way to do so without having everything falling apart?

be in control, know beforehand what you are going to say, don't let them wind you up, don't let them talk you round or make you think it was your fault. try to stay calm because if they are the only one shouting it makes them look and feel stupid. make sure you get your point across

im not gud in face 2 face confrontation coz im so emotional that i start crying @ once... so its best 4 me 2 do any confrontation by email or thru d fone

no matter what the issue are,do it F2F.never do it through email, IM, or whatever.look into his/her eyes.then,tell u r really2 sorry or whatever.
