I would change the weather so that aside from rain for the flowers and trees, that the weather would be sunny and perfect all over the earth. I actually believe that weather changes people's disposition.

Form a world wide mass transit system with individual pods to get people to their destination and no one would ever have to drive a car or sit in traffic again.
