That's easy to understand that you may feel uncomfortable. It's just because it is someone that you've known for so long. Tell her how you feel. She should appreciate the fact that you're supportive and you are TRYING not to feel awkward, and you should appreciate the fact she trusted you enough to come out to you.

If you have been friends for so long take it for what it is. She is not trying to come on to you or anything, just trying to let you in a little. Treat her the same don't make her regret doing it.

She's still your best friend, but she just happens to be bisexual. She's the same person she always has been, just keep that in mind, and it shouldn't be such a big deal.

Why? Are you that homophobic that you'd actually feel uncomfortable around your bisexual BEST FRIEND...? Big deal... so she's bi. It's not YOUR life, and unless she tells you that she likes you romantically, then NO, she is not hitting on you, and NO, she does not have sexual feelings for you. So relax.

If you were truly her friend it shouldn't matter if she is bi... Why does it matter to you who she is with unless you want her? Be honest with yourself... Grow up and get off your pity party...
