she might from a Simulation game or just some random anime girl in a drawing. I'm pretty sure, judging by the style of the picture, that it's from a simulation. {Like a romance sim.}

i believe she's from takoyoma (sp?) moon phase. it's a gothic anime about a vampire girl. you could probably find episodes of it on youtube or by just typing in "moon phase" on a search engine

It looks liek it isn't based off of anything at all, but it resembles the "Chobits" art style, what with the ears and such.
