what a suitable software that i should used for monitor my employee activities with server?

What specification of server that suitable for that software and it is just install the software at the server?

If you are doing databases, this is real easy with Microsoft SQL server. Just turn on the full logging and track all the changes. Takes up room, but you can see what happened.

At my last job, we did a statement that said all computer activity could be tracked and monitored. This happened at every logon. I think it's a good idea.

We did monitor some activity to the internet - but we blocked bad sites. But moniotring everything wasn't worthwhile.
