I clicked your link. Of course you didn't said that speechless thing. I think some people just run thier eyes quickly over your question and took it for granted, then answered it.
But don't feel upset about that. It's like there're all kinds of fruits here, some times you may taste an acerb one. It can't hold you up for fruits. So that's not a big deal.

ok, here's the deal, you asked if people would speak (I'm assuming to you, because you don't make that clear) if they saw you on the street. The responses were not rude, probably just too honest for your fragile little psyche to accept. Now, that was rude and deserves derision. Do you see the difference between honesty and being insulting?
